In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our product in your first Healthy Grains Box, you can apply for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping & handling fee) under our Satisfaction Guarantee by following the below steps.
B) How to make a claim
To make a claim under our Satisfaction Guarantee:
Submit a review for each of the products in your Healthy Grains Box here.Email our Customer Care Team at hello@HealthyGrainsbox.com and request a review of your product feedback. Please include a photo of your “What’s in the box” card so we know what was included in your box.
If approved, your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days, minus the $9.95 shipping & handling fee incurred by Healthy Grains Box.
C) You have 7 days from the date you receive your first Healthy Grains Box to review all the products in your box and submit an application under our Satisfaction Guarantee. We calculate your 7 days with day 1 being the day the courier tracking records your parcel as ‘delivered’.You must email the Customer Care Team prior to 5pm on day 7, in order to qualify.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee covers only your first subscription/box order and not for any subsequent boxes that have been paid for or processed. You may be entitled for subscription cancelation for a partial refund on the remainder of your pre-paid 3 or 6-month subscription box, excluding any orders that have been processed.
D) Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for refund. We reserve the right to reject a refund request in the event that we are not satisfied (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence you provide to us.
E) Your Healthy Grains Box subscription will renew automatically on the 15th of each month for the following month's box, this is also the process date for pre-paid 3, or 6. If your subscription renews or pre-paid order has been processed for the next month’s box prior to you being approved for a refund, the refund will be issued only on your first box
F) You may be deemed eligible for a refund under our Satisfaction Guarantee if you were not able to give at least one product more than a 2 star rating in your review. You are required to consume, try, open or use every product prior to submitting a review on it. You are required to state in your review the nature of your dissatisfaction in the product.
2. Your use of the website
2.1 You must use the website in accordance with these Terms and for your own non-commercial and personal use. You must be over 18 to register and use the website.
2.2 You are solely responsible and liable for all activity and communication on the website by you or through your login.
2.3 You must not use the website for any of the following purposes:
(a) engaging in any conduct which breaches any applicable law or regulation;
(b) attempting to interfere with the security of the website, or security features that restrict the use or copying of any content on the website;
(c) engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the website or the servers and networks that host the website;
(d) distributing or communicating any information, content or material that;
(i) infringes the rights of a third party including intellectual property rights;

2.4 You acknowledge that any suspected illegal activity may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
2.6 By registering with Healthy Grains Box, you expressly agree to receive emails (containing special offers and product information) and e-newsletters from Healthy Grains Box. You can request to stop receiving emails and e-newsletters at any time by notifying Healthy Grains Box.
2.7 You must keep your login details secure and confidential. You are solely responsible and liable for any unauthorized activity and communication on your account.
2.8 If you suspect, or become aware of, any unauthorized use or misuse of your account or any other breach of security in relation to your account, you must notify Healthy Grains Box immediately and take immediate steps to re-secure your account (including by changing your password).
2.9 Healthy Grains Box may, at its discretion, and without prior notice:(a) temporarily or permanently restrict your access to all or part of the website; or (b) impose rules on your use of the website; or (c) revoke your account; and Healthy Grains Box excludes all liability in relation to this.
2.10 Healthy Grains Box reserves the right to amend these Terms (including imposing additional terms) at its sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you. Any amendments are automatically incorporated into and form part of these Terms. The Terms are accessible on our website and you accept that it is your responsibility to review these Terms each time you use the website. By continuing to use the website, you agree to be bound by any amendments to the Terms.
2.11 Healthy Grains Box reserves the right to change the website, and the products and services available through the website, at its sole discretion without liability to you or any other third party.
3. Information on the website
3.1. Healthy Grains Box will endeavour to ensure that all information, content or material (referred to as “information”) on the website is accurate, complete and reliable except for information submitted by users of the website. However, Healthy Grains Box does not make any representations or guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any information on the website. You acknowledge that such information may contain errors or inaccuracies and accept that you must make your own enquiries to verify the information provided by Healthy Grains Box. Healthy Grains Box expressly excludes any liability that may arise in relation to the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any information on the website.
3.2 If Healthy Grains Box comes across any error or inaccuracy in any information on the website, Healthy Grains Box reserves the right to correct that information without any liability to you or any other third party.
3.3 All information on the website is of a general nature and is not intended in any way to replace professional dietary or medical advice. Healthy Grains Box does not make any representations or guarantees as to the suitability of the products on the website for any dietary requirements, medical conditions or allergies. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to assess the suitability of all products prior to you using the products. Healthy Grains Box expressly excludes any liability that may arise in relation to the suitability of the products for any dietary requirements, medical conditions or allergies.
3.4 You acknowledge that any promotional and marketing material on the website (including images, photographs and descriptions of products) is not a representation of what is in the monthly box and you accept that:
(a) products on the website may differ in visual appearance and packaging to the products in the box;
(b) products in the box may be derivatives, samples or smaller versions of the products on the website;
(c) the combination of products on the website may not be the same combination of products to be included in a monthly box and the combination of the products is at the sole discretion of Healthy Grains Box;
3.5 Throughout the website, users may be invited to review or comment on various products. You expressly consent to Healthy Grains Box publishing your first name and State or Town in relation to any review and comment.
4. Orders, Subscriptions and Cancellations
4.1 Any products displayed on the website do not constitute an offer to sell. It is an invitation to treat only.
4.2 You may purchase a 1, 3, or 6 month subscription plan (referred to as “subscription” or collectively “subscriptions”) for a monthly box containing a group of products as determined by Healthy Grains Box (referred to as the “box”).
4.3 All subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled through the website. Unless a subscription is cancelled at least 2 days before the next billing date or subsequent subscription period, the subscription automatically renews for a further subscription period and you will be charged the subscription price. Gift subscription plans do not automatically renew.
4.4 You must review your order carefully before placing it. Once an order for a subscription is confirmed and the subscription price paid (including any gift purchases of a subscription), Healthy Grains Box will not provide a refund of the subscription price unless Healthy Grains Box cancels or is unable to fulfill your order, in which case, Healthy Grains Box will provide a full refund of the whole or part of the subscription price depending on whether you have previously received boxes during your subscription.
4.5 Healthy Grains Box does not accept returns of boxes or individual products except as detailed in 4.7 below.
4.6 All boxes and products are checked for quality prior to delivery and while Healthy Grains Box endeavours to ensure that the box and product is delivered to you in good condition, they may be damaged during delivery. If you intend to seek a replacement box or product you must send through a picture sufficiently illustrating the damage to Healthy Grains Box for assessment. Any requests for a replacement box or product must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of the items. If Healthy Grains Box assesses the damage and at its discretion agrees to replace the box or product, you may at your own cost return the damaged box or product to the address noted in these Terms. Healthy Grains Box will replace the box and/or product as soon as practical. You accept that Healthy Grains Box will not refund any opened or used products. In the case where the product is sold out, Healthy Grains Box will provide you with an alternative product which may or may not be of equal value.
4.7 Healthy Grains Box will endeavour to provide customers who select vegan as part of their dietary preferences with vegan products in the box each month. Healthy Grains Box will endeavour to provide customers who select dairy free as part of their dietary preferences with dairy free products in the box each month. Healthy Grains Box will endeavour to provide customers who select gluten free as part of their dietary preferences with gluten free products in the box each month. Despite best efforts, Healthy Grains Box does not guarantee that you will receive exclusively vegan, dairy free or gluten free products in the monthly box and excludes any liability in relation to this. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine the products suitability prior to consumption.
4.8. Healthy Grains Box does not make any representations or guarantees as to the suitability of the products on the website for any dietary requirements, medical conditions or allergies. Vegan products may have been made in shared manufacturing facilities resulting in possible trace amounts of dairy/eggs and other ingredients not listed on the packaging. Consequently, Healthy Grains Box does not make any guarantees that products are not contaminated with non-vegan ingredients. It is the customers responsibility to check with the company on their manufacturing processes for all potential allergen issues prior to consumption.
4.9 While Healthy Grains Box endeavours to provide customers who select vegan as part of their dietary preferences with vegan products each month, please note that the product packaging materials may not be made with vegan materials.
4.10 Promotions on the banner of the Get The Box and Gift pages on the website apply only for new customers.
5. Price and Payment
5.1 The prices of subscriptions are in US dollars and include delivery charges where indicated. Please note the price of subscriptions are subject to change at any time without notice to you.
5.2 The prices of products on the website are indicative only and Healthy Grains Box does not guarantee the price of products are correct.
5.3 You expressly authorise Healthy Grains Box to process the payment for the subscription price via your relevant payment method at the time of your order.
5.4 Your invoices are made available to you online, and are downloadable through your account.
6. Competitions and Promotions
From time to time Healthy Grains Box may advertise discount or promotional codes or run a promotion for new subscribers. All advertised discount code and promotions are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
6.1 All discounts and promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last. Any subscription purchases made outside of the specified time frame determined by Healthy Grains Box will be deemed ineligible. In the instance where a time frame is not specified, the promotion will end when the relevant promotion is no longer advertised on Healthy Grains Box platforms or out of stock.
6.2 Any advertised discount code may only be used once per customer. A discount code is only valid on your first subscription purchase and will not be applied when your subscription next renews. Only one discount code is allowed to be applied per order. Discount codes may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions, they must be used at the time of purchase and can not be applied after a purchase has been made.
6.3 Healthy Grains Box reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any discount code for any time for any reason without notice.
6.4 Discount codes may only be redeemed through the Healthy Grains Box website and not through any other website or method of communication. To use your discount code, you are required to enter the unique code at the checkout at the time of purchase and can not be applied thereafter.
6.5 Discount codes from the Healthy Grains Box VIP Club referral program are not valid if used incorrectly, such as being published on deal sites or bargain sites. We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious codes and delete VIP Points from your account if we become aware of inappropriate use.
6.6. The following Terms and Conditions relate to specific promotions advertised on Healthy Grains Platforms

• The referred friend gets $10 off their first purchase
• The referree earns $5 for next purchase
6.7 There is a limit of 10 reviews per week worth $1 each. Every Healthy Grains Box has 4 or six grains ,mystery product and high quality recipe for that grain inside. A review collection may show more products than this, You can write review for the product and recipe you received and earn discount for that. But you are to review only those products you received in your box. A box collection will go up on the site every 1st of the month and will be live for 8 weeks after which time it will be taken away. You must review the box products within this time to be rewarded your bonus $. You can submit reviews only once for each product you receive, but please note: reviews cannot be changed or removed once you complete them. Healthy Grains Box reserves the right to remove any false reviews and points accrued from false reviews at their discretion.
7. Delivery of Products
7.1 Healthy Grains Box will endeavour to dispatch the boxes at the beginning or middle of the month depending on your billing cycle, however Healthy Grains Box does not guarantee that the delivery times will be met and expressly excludes any liability in relation to this.
7.2 You acknowledge that all boxes delivered to you from Healthy Grains Box will be delivered using a third party carrier and you accept that all title in and risk to the box will pass to you upon the third party carrier being given possession of the box by Healthy Grains Box. Healthy Grains Box is not responsible for any breakage or damage to the box or any products during delivery and expressly excludes any liability in relation to this.
7.3 You are responsible for ensuring the shipping address for the box is correct and current. Any changes to the shipping address must be made by the 20th of the month or the following month’s box will be shipped to the previous address. Healthy Grains Box expressly excludes any liability in relation to an incorrect shipping address including any redelivery, redirection or a refund.
7.4 If your parcel is lost in transit or if it is returned to sender Healthy Grains Box may at it's own discretion send a replacement. In these instances an additional fee of $10.00 will be charged to the customers account.
8. Disclaimer and Liability
8.1 Your use of the website and services is at all times at your own risk and you accept that you are responsible and liable in relation to your use of the website.
8.2 Healthy Grains box does not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or that it will be provided without fault, error, disruption or viruses.
8.3 The website may contain links to third party websites. You acknowledge that Healthy Grains Box does not make any representations or guarantees in relation to those sites and does not endorse, verify or assume responsibility for the content of any such third party websites. You accept that your use of any third party websites is at all times at your own risk and Healthy Grains Box expressly excludes any liability which may arise from your use of or access to those third party websites.
9.1 In order to purchase any Healthy Grains Box products you will be required to provide us with your credit card information. Please be aware that all credit card information may be shared with our third party payment processors such as PayPal or Braintree. By ordering an Healthy Grains Box product or service, you agree that we may charge you the price listed at the checkout screen on our Site. All prices are in AU dollars unless otherwise stated and inclusive of GST.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
10.1 You must review your order carefully before placing it. Once an order for a subscription is confirmed and the program price paid, Healthy Grains Box will not provide a refund of the program price price unless Healthy Grains Box cancels or is unable to fulfil your order, in which case, Healthy Grains Box will provide a full refund of the whole or part of the program price depending on how long you have participated in the program.
11. Product Availability
11.1 Due to product demands, Healthy Grains Box products may not be available at all times. If no products are available, we will contact you and inform you of our product availability and projected delivery times. Although our product may be delayed or shortly unavailable you agree that we may still charge your credit card and ship Healthy Grains Box products when they become available.

You agree that we are not required to provide you with access to our Site and Service and may terminate our Site and Service at any time and for any reason.
